  I've rented with Enterprise for years now. I've recently moved and an hour and a half before I was to pick up my pre-paid vehicle, I received a call stating that because my address check didn't go through, I would not be able to rent the car. There was nothing to be done because of their policy, I must now wait three to four months before renting with Enterprise again, so that my address check will update. If this was the policy, it would have been great to know at least a day in advance. I'm now scrambling to find a car from another provider. Lost my business.
