  TERRIBLE SERVICE LACK OF COMMUNICATION!! arranged to see the property twice and been in contact several times being told me and my partner could move into a 1 bedroom house. When it came to signing the contract i was then told we would have to rent a 2 bedroom! this was after driving far to see the 1 bedroom flats and 1 bedroom properties on separate occasions with my partner and being told we could move in after the second viewing we tried to reach the manger his phone continuously rang out! we both are now homeless for September DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

  I strongly advice students not to live in this accommodation. Poor maintenance all year round. Below average 'free wifi' (didn't work all year) and when asked to fix it they try charging us £20 for maintenance. They will rob you of your deposit and claim false damages in the house.
