  I buy all my live food from here. Not only are they cheaper than any other store like pets at home or pet shops... they are always fresh and i have never had dead ones in a tub. I also nosey at their animals and they are always in clean environments... no smells... look healthy and have food available. Lovely shop and the staff are very nice.

  They Steven really bad at refunds ordered an animal on the 1st of February for it not to come then to get told over and over again that it was coming I then asked in the 22nd of February for a refund to then get told every day he would sort it out tomorrow it's now been 44 days and the owner Mark Symonds isn't even opening or replying to my messages do not recommend this store thought it was a great lovely store but was proven wrong very quickly no matter how much I mail Mark or the store I get ignored or told excuses
