  I cannot stress how exceptional the customer service is for these guys. The kind of 'above and beyond' you rarely see anywhere. I paid for a storage unit, later saw they had mailbox services and enquired... they allowed me to send mail for free without having to sign up for the service because I'd already acquired a unit. Pleasantly unexpected generosity.
  
  On top of this, their storage offers are great value. I am one happy customer.
  
  I'm usually too lazy to write reviews for anything, so this is quite telling in itself.
